Documents required for Admissions

Documents required to be submitted with theRegistration/Admission Form:

Photocopy of Voter’s Identity Card/Residential Certificate of Parent/s

Attested Photocopy of Birth Certificate & 3 passport size photograph of the child

Photo copy of voter id of the local guardian are also required.
